The Performance is FIERCER

The performance of any Grand Tourer is of utmost importance. To be a Super Tourer, you must lead the category, pushing into performance reserved for supercars.

A mountain-flattening continent-crusher: at the heart you will find a V8 twin turbo delivering a heart-racing, class-leading 680PS for a top speed of 202mph. Shortened gearing improves acceleration, particularly across the mid- range, and 750Nm of torque gives driving potency where it’s needed most. This is a new standard of performance.

The Driver Centricity is PURER

The interior must place the driver at the centre of the experience, it must be positioned so everything they need is within easy reach. A car born to be driven.

The driving position ha been altered to deliver near-perfect hip/heel ratio, meaning the driver only needs to move their ankle and foot (not their leg) when engaging the pedals. A new raised centre console places the driver into the heart of the car, and delivers a true sense of being ‘in’ the car, like in the cockpit of a fighter plane.​

The Handling & Dynamics are Sharper

The DB12 must handle perfectly over all types of road, from sweeping mountain roads and Riviera lanes to curving motorway on ramps and twisting English B roads.

Suspension-tuning and improved dampers give it arguably the best suspension in its class. Handling has been improved on all road conditions, to create a greater connection between driver and road. An all-new electronic limited slip differential delivers intelligent torque distribution for better handling and performance at high and low speed. It also delivers precise agility that allows you to attack the road with confidence, delivering a new standard of dynamic precision.

The Interior Craft & Technology is Finer

A Grand Tourer must have room for two, and their luggage. To be a Super Tourer, the room must be of the highest possible standard, class-leading and empowered by technology.

The best of British craft meets the best of future technology. The classically stunning hand-stitched leather finish sets next to the cutting edge bespoke-designed infotainment system. A unique blend of digital and analogue, of the old and the new. Twin high-definition screens offer the highest resolution in its class. Brand new, custom-designed touchscreen interface for infotainment and navigation.

All new 1170 Watt Bowers & Wilkins surround sound system featuring QLI (Quantum Logic Immersion) technology which automatically adjusts the audio profile (EQ) based upon the level of ambient sound in the cabin. With the Halo B&W system selected, stylish Aluminium Double Dome tweeters adorn each side of the driver-zone. This is a world of unparalleled artistry and glamour. This is a new standard of innovative luxury.

The Exterior is Bolder

Grand Tourers are beautiful, of course. But a Super Tourer must be unapologetically so, with a borderline aggression matched perfectly with its stunningly elegant allure.

The car is almost exactly 10mm wider than the DB11, and this tiny adjustment gives the car a wider track and a more aggressive, muscular presence. There’s an all new front end architecture featuring a bigger, wider front grille, new wheels – also wider – new bonnet, which together gives the car so much of its unapologetic personality
