
HWM Aston Martin, is seeking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to support our busy Aftersales and Sales operations.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and organised Service Advisor to join our team at HWM Aston Martin based in Walton on Thames, Surrey. You will play a vital role in our day to day operations by supporting our Aftersales and Sales teams in the running of our service department, this exciting role offers the opportunity to work with different departments within the business and create delight and trust amongst our customers here at HWM where no two days look the same. This role is offered on a permanent, full time basis.
Responsibilities
Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Vehicle Service Department
Checking the vehicles onto site, allocating and checking out a loan vehicle, (where possible) entering work onto the dealer management system
Managing progress of all jobs and liaising with the customer during progression of work and advising on technical queries/issues
The ability to work independently with a proactive approach
Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role.
Ensure that customers are aware of all products and services available, including additional work required and Aston Martin Warranty.
Driving a strong customer centric relationship which delivers outstanding customer experiences.
Required Skills and Experience
You will have a full UK driving license and possess the following skills:
· Communication skills: You will need to communicate effectively with customers across multiple channels and be able to explain technical terms to customers to help them make informed decisions about their Aston Martin.
· Customer service skills: You must be motivated to provide the best possible service for the customer and to be able to manage multiple enquiries and work progress at the same time.
· Sales skills: You will be expected to offer and close additional products or services to customers in a compliant fashion.
· Technical Knowledge: In order to act as an effective liaison between customer and technician, some technical knowledge around motor vehicles would be an advantage.
· Organisation: You will need to be able to organise yourself effectively in order to provide the highest level of customer service while keeping up with your administrative duties.
You will possess a valid UK drivers’ licence
