This Aston Martin V8 was sold in 1978 for a retail price of £20,000 with an additional £1,000 for the special order colour of Orchard Green due to the gold content within the paint.

It is without doubt one of the best examples of this iconic shape, with an exceptional service history to match. Maintained and restored with fastidious attention to detail, it is an absolutely outstanding, concours winning Aston Martin.

• From April 1981 until January 1989 the car was serviced and maintained by Hyde Vale Garage, Aston Martin Service Agents in Greenwich London
• During 36 visits over an 8 year period the car was serviced, repaired, maintained including paint repairs, new gearbox, new suspension components, transmission and most importantly the engine dismantled and fully rebuilt upgrading to Vantage 540 Specification

• From November 1992 until January 1996 the car was serviced and maintained whilst still in the custody of the first owner by HW Motors Aston Martin Service Agents of Walton on Thames Surrey
• From 1996 until 2007 the car was serviced and maintained for the second owner by The Aston Workshop in Co Durham and Body Tech in Northumberland when the car was stripped and repainted in its original colour of Orchard Green
• From January 2008 until April 2010 the car was serviced and maintained for the third owner by Trinity Engineering
